Al has over 30 years of experience in the industry. He has held various roles throughout the years including laborer, bricklayer, foreman, superintendent, and project manager. Al’s expertise of work in various capacities of the industry along with his tenacious drive and great people skills, enables Mojave Construction LLC to solve complicated customer problems, while still meeting their needs. Al consistently provide clients with high quality services as well as meets project schedules and budgets. He is well respected in the industry for his honesty, integrity, professionalism, and relentless work ethic.

Rachel is the key leader of the strategic leadership team with experience in management and leadership. Her focus has been in the areas of innovation, strategies, and process improvements. With a heavy emphasis on goals and strategies she is able to provide guidance and leadership in support of client needs. Through her effective leadership and management skills, she has established a proven record of accomplishments. While Rachel excels at business leadership and building strong client relationships, she is also committed to the industry and the local community through various organizations.
