Q. Are you licensed?

A. Yes, we are licensed to build everything we list in our services list.

Q. Are you Insured & Bonded?

A. Yes, we are insured and bonded (Insurance certificates or bond provided upon request)

Q. Do you use sub-contractors?

A. Sometimes we do but almost all of our subcontractors have been part of our company for many many years.

Q. How far do you travel for jobs?

A. Although most of our projects are based in the greater Las Vegas, NV area, we have done projects in other states. It often depends on several factors such as cost, size of the project, customer, duration, and other factors.

Q. Do you perform work other than government projects?

A. Yes, we also do commercial projects in the private sector.

Q. Why is it when I get three different estimates that the prices are so different?

A. Many factors go into pricing a project. The most obvious is making sure all estimates have the same materials and scope of work. Quality of work is hard to show in a written estimate and is also a factor in costs. This part of the cost difference is usually only confirmed by calling references and/or visiting jobs the contractor has completed.
